It is likely to happen that the Evasi0n jailbreak will not work with the upcoming IOS 6.1.3 update. The update will fix the vulnerabilities for the Evasi0n Jailbreak as told by Planetbeing one of the members of the Evasi0n team and he further added that Apple has patched one of the 5 vulnerabilities responsible for Evsi0n jailbreak.
Planetbeing confirmed that the 6.1.3 software will kill the jailbreak. It is sad but this is how it is since the begining of the jailbreak. Planetbeing also said:
“If one of the vulnerabilities doesn’t work, evasi0n doesn’t work,” he says. “We could replace that part with a different vulnerability, but [Apple] will probably fix most if not all of the bugs we’ve used when 6.1.3 comes out.”
The fact is not yet confirmed but the chances don't seem to be good. So only advice is not to upgrade your device to IOS 6.1.3 if you want to retain your jailbreak.
