Recently Apple has released another version od the IOS 6.1.3 beta to the developers today which is called IOS 6.1.3 beta 2. The first beta came earlier this month for some bug fixes and following that came the IOS 6.1.3 beta 2 with some other enhancements.
The update brings some enhancements to the Maps application for japan, fixes the lock screen bug and there is always a chance that it will fix i.e remove the IOS jailbreak.
The devces updated with IOS 6.1.3 beta 2 can't be restored to the previous versions of the firmware so keep this in mind before updating and if you plan to jailbreak your device wait until the Evaders tell that its safe to do so.
